Find the cancellation policy for your Parking Space booking.

Maybe you just need the peace of mind before booking, or perhaps you need to cancel right now. Here’s how to find the cancellation policy for your booking:

After you book

Guest may be charged a cancellation fee if any one of the following occurs:

  1. the estimated time of arrival of the parking is less than 5 minutes and you cancel the booking 3 minutes or later after the booking has been accepted by the Host, or
  2. the estimated time of arrival of the parking is 5 minutes or more and you cancel the booking 5 minutes or later after the booking has been accepted by the Host.

However, the cancellation fee will not be charged if the Guest cancels the booking within 5 minutes after the book request.

The cancellation fee amount may vary depending on your city, and the Parking space category selected.

Remember that the amount refunded will never be more than the amount you have actually paid at the time you cancel – learn more about refund amounts.

Extenuating circumstances

Did an emergency or natural disaster disrupt your reservation? You may be eligible for a refund due to extenuating circumstances.
Issues while you're arrived

  1. You expected amazing, but you got awful. We can help. Most Parking issues are most likely covered by the Guest Refund Policy:
    • No access to the listing, for instance, if the Host provided the wrong Goparkk device key and now they can’t be reached
    • Space isn’t safe or clean upon arrival, such as dirty space or safety hazards
    • Goparkk device is not working,
  2. What’s next?
    If you need to submit a claim, be sure to:
    1. Gather evidence: Document issues with photos or videos
    2. Contact us: Get in touch within 24 hours of having an issue
    3. Stay in touch: We’ll be in touch with next steps specific to you
